Comic Relief 2017

On the 24th March, people across the country gave up lots of their time to help people who are less well off than themselves. The money raised by Comic Relief mainly helps the disadvantaged in Africa and the UK. The members of the School Council felt it was a charity that they wanted the school to support, and so they asked the children on Comic Relief day to wear mad hair and bring in cakes for a cake sale. As you can see from the photographs the children, along with the help of their parents, baked some delicious cakes. There were also some very original ideas on how hair could be made to look mad! The efforts that everybody made were very worth while as in  all the school raised £246
