This year there was a change to the Year 5 residential trip. Instead of Hooke Court the children were taken to an outdoor activity centre, just outside of the town of Bruton. Which unsurprisingly was located by the River Brue.

As you can see from the photographs below, the children had the opportunity to experience a whole range of activities which included abseiling, tower building, zip wires, an assault course and even a ride on a grass toboggan!

It was a beautiful location, the food was as one child said ‘very good’ and everyone including the staff who accompanied them had an enjoyable time.
